Cancellation Policy

How order cancellations, address edits, custom order changes, and refund timelines work.

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an item moves into dispatch or customization, cancellation options may be limited.

Before dispatch

Standard orders can usually be cancelled before dispatch. If cancellation is accepted, the refund is initiated to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

After dispatch

Orders already shipped cannot always be cancelled. You may refuse delivery where allowed, or request a return after delivery if the product is eligible under the Return & Refund Policy.

Customized and made-to-order pieces

Customized, engraved, resized, altered, or made-to-order jewellery cannot be cancelled once work has started, material has been allocated, or design confirmation has been approved.

Address and contact edits

Address, phone number, or recipient changes can be requested before dispatch. After dispatch, changes depend on courier feasibility and may not be possible.

Cancellation by StriRatna

We may cancel orders because of payment failure, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, stock mismatch, delivery unavailability, or violation of website terms. If payment was captured, an eligible refund will be initiated.
