Ready-to-ship items are usually processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Made-to-order, customized, or resized items may require additional time, which will be communicated on the product page or by our team.
Delivery timelines
- Metro and major cities: usually 3-6 business days after dispatch.
- Regional and remote locations: usually 5-10 business days after dispatch.
- Delivery timelines can vary because of holidays, weather, courier delays, address issues, or regulatory checks.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges, free-shipping eligibility, and COD availability are shown at checkout. Orders may be shipped free above the threshold displayed on the website.
Tracking and delivery attempts
Tracking details are shared after dispatch by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or through your account. Courier partners usually make multiple delivery attempts. If a parcel is returned because of failed delivery attempts or incorrect address, re-shipping charges may apply.
Address changes
