Jewellery lasts longer when cared for gently. Follow these recommendations to preserve polish, plating, stones, settings, and handcrafted detail.
Daily wear
- Wear jewellery after perfume, lotion, sunscreen, makeup, and hair products have dried.
- Remove jewellery before bathing, swimming, exercising, sleeping, cooking, or cleaning.
- Avoid direct contact with chlorine, detergents, sanitiser, salt water, and harsh chemicals.
Cleaning
Wipe jewellery gently with a soft lint-free cloth after every wear. For deeper cleaning, use only methods recommended for the specific metal and stone type.
Do not use abrasive brushes, toothpaste, bleach, ultrasonic cleaners, or polishing liquids unless our team confirms they are suitable.
Storage
- Store each piece separately in its pouch or box to prevent scratches and tangling.
- Keep jewellery in a cool, dry place away from sunlight, humidity, and open air exposure.
- Use anti-tarnish strips or silica gel for silver and oxidised pieces where appropriate.
Gemstones and delicate work
Kundan, pearls, enamel, beads, and delicate settings need extra care. Avoid water exposure and impact. If a stone feels loose, stop wearing the piece and contact us for inspection.
Repairs and service
For polishing, replating, resizing, stone tightening, or repair requests, contact our team with your order ID and clear photos. Service availability, charges, and timelines depend on the piece.
