Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility, timelines, refund methods, and exchange rules for StriRatna orders.

We want every StriRatna piece to reach you in perfect condition. If something is not right, this policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled.

Return window

Eligible items may be requested for return within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned with original packaging, certificates, tags, invoices, pouches, and any complimentary items.

Items not eligible for return

  • Customized, engraved, resized, altered, or made-to-order jewellery.
  • Items marked final sale, clearance, or non-returnable at checkout.
  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, missing parts, perfume, water exposure, or tampering.
  • Products returned without original certificate, invoice, tags, packaging, or freebies.

Damaged, incorrect, or missing items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with order ID, photos, and an unboxing video where available. This helps us verify the claim quickly with shipping partners.

Refund timeline

After the returned item passes quality inspection, refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the credit.

Shipping fees, COD fees, gift wrapping, and convenience charges may be non-refundable unless the return is due to a verified StriRatna error.

Exchange and store credit

Where available, you may choose an exchange or store credit instead of a refund. If the replacement item costs more, the difference must be paid before dispatch.
